Your breakfast consists of 3 flapjacks, a filling, a sauce, and a crunch.

1. Death by Chocolate

Vanilla & Honey Poached Pear with Dark Chocolate Ganache, topped with Caramel Popcorn

2. Banana’s in Pajamas!

Griddled Banana & Créme Fraiche with Ginger Butterscotch Sauce, topped with Candied Orange

3. The Spanish Armada

Crispy Chorizo, Smoked Tomato & Red Pepper Salsa with Cheddar & Mustard Ganache, topped with Crispy Onions

(Chorizo substituted with Grilled Melanzane for a Vegetarian option)

4. Finding Nemo

Smoked Salmon Trout Ribbons, Wilted Pak Choi & Guacamole with Hollandaise, topped with Deep Fried Capers
